Pioneer Villas is a two-story, on-campus residence hall for North 阿肯色州 College students. The residence hall is located on the College’s 南校区 in Harrison, 阿肯色州, 和 houses 64 students in 16 fully-furnished apartments — 12 single-bedroom units 和 four two-bedroom units. Each apartment includes its own living room 和 kitchen. All units come 家具齐全 with a twin st和ard bed, 冰箱, 微波, 炉子, 咖啡桌, 办公桌, 和椅子. Rates include all utilities.

Leases are available in academic term (Fall '24 - Spring '25). Students can apply for financial aid 和 certain scholarships toward housing costs.
